Haven’t see Rachel yet?

No worries, there will be several more opportunities in 2018, starting with the Life, Death (and the Rest) Festival, 22nd – 25th February at Arnos Vale in Bristol. Rachel will screen on Sunday 25th and I will be there to introduce the film and discuss the issues raised by the story.

More details to follow but do check out their website – this is not only going to be a chance to see the film but also to join in some wonderful workshops and events throughout the festival. Having attending the amazing Death and the Maiden Conference where Rachel was screened and discussed earlier this year, I can attest to the fact that talking about death doesn’t have to be depressing – the death positive movement is mainly about living a good life.

So, do hope to see you there and, in the meantime, I wish you all a very happy new year – especially the lovely Aislinn De’Ath and Rob Dukes who are getting married for real in 2018,
